/n Customer Service Team Member (Casual) – Caneland Central, Mackay /n /n Create memorable customer experiences at one of North Queensland’s leading shopping destinations. /n /n Caneland Central is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our Centre Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail workplace where no two days are the same. /n /n As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for shoppers, retailers, contractors and visitors alike. /n /n

About the Role
/n This is a casual position, offering approximately 2–3 shifts per week. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends and holiday periods, is essential. /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n As a Customer Service Team Member, your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Providing exceptional front-line customer service to shoppers and retailers /n
- Acting as a key point of contact between customers, retailers and Centre Management /n
- Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks /n
- Supporting contractors and service providers within the centre /n
- Helping maintain a welcoming, safe and professional environment /n /n About You /n To succeed in this role, you will have: /n /n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills /n
- Previous customer service, retail or administrative experience /n
- A proactive and positive attitude /n
