/n Summary: /n Join our dedicated team as an Aged Care Support Worker in Woy Woy. You will provide essential support and care to elderly individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. /n
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging workplace. /n
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being to the appropriate healthcare professionals. /n
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions. /n




- Support clients in social and recreational activities to promote engagement and well-being. /n
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. /n /n

Qualifications:
/n /n
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification. /n
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred. /n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. /n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /n
- Compassionate and patient approach to care. /n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification. /n
- NDIS Working with Children’s Check (WWCC). /n
- NDIS Workers Screening Check. /n
- National Police Check. /n /n
