Patrick's Bakery is located in the heart of Regents Park in Queensland and is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our team

The Role

Weighing and timing shots, and dialling in espresso daily

Adjusting grinders throughout service to hold quality and consistency

Frothing and texturing milk to a high, repeatable standard

Daily cleaning and back-flushing of the espresso machine

Running a clean, organised, efficient bar through peak rush

As a team member, you'll play a vital role in day-to-day operations which will include opening or closing the store, set responsibilities requiring time strong management skills, as well as assisting with kitchen hand duties, including:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Serving customers

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a bakery, hospitality, or retail environment is desirable

Ability to manage time and communicate priorities/work efficiently and effectively in an often fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Excellent knowledge of relevant food health safety standards

Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings (sometimes from 5am), weekends and public holidays
