Laurent Bakery seeks a Maintenance Electrician to join our industrial manufacturing team in Braeside, Melbourne. The role focuses on fault-finding and preventative maintenance to keep production lines running safely and reliably. You will work the 6am-6pm day shift on a 7-day fortnight roster, collaborating with experienced maintenance colleagues to support quick-paced bakery operations and uphold food safety standards.
