Junior Bookkeeper – Campbelltown Wellness Centre (Onsite)
Temporary position, initial term of 3 months. Casual, 9am
- 2pm. Based in 1 Reddall Street, Campbelltown. Performance will be reviewed toward the end of the term, with the possibility of transitioning into a longer-term contract. This role will support the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping, including some exposure to NDIS-specific billing and claims processes.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Preparing and processing invoices to NDIA and Plan Managers Following up outstanding invoices and payments Performing bank reconciliations Assisting with payroll Assisting with NDIS plan management and related administration Preparing and maintaining Service Agreements Keeping financial records accurate and up to date Data entry and general bookkeeping tasks Helping with other duties as required by the Senior Bookkeeper About you We seek someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in bookkeeping . Are currently working towards a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting or have recently completed one. Good with numbersand genuinely enjoy working with figures Honest, trustworthy and reliable Enjoy working with figures and making sure things accurate Have meticulous attention to detail Are organised, reliable and responsible Are eager to learn and develop your bookkeeping skills Have a proactive attitude and the ability to follow up Have a positive and friendly attitude Can work well as part of a small team Respect confidentiality and understand the importance of handling financial and client information carefully Are comfortable working in our office — this is an in-house position and not a work-from-home role Experience with Xero and Microsoft Office is essential.
