SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS; We are looking for someone with:

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)

Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry

Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Providing a professional and welcoming experience for allmembers, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting studiotours and inductions





Support membership growth by responding to enquiries,following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process tomaximise conversions

Engage with members, assist with general queries

Handle administrative duties including phone calls, membersfeedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalatingissues when necessary

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented studioenvironment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks,restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, andsupporting operational and administrative tasks
