About the Role: As our receptionist, you’ll be the face of the practice, welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is smooth and positive from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly manner

Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS payments

Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders

Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Handling general administration tasks, including email correspondence

About You: We’re looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and professionalism to everything they do. You’ll need to be: Highly organised with excellent time management skills

Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, approachable and a great communicator

Reliable,



punctual and flexible with work arrangements

Comfortable using technology and managing administrative processes

Able to travel between branches as needed (own transport and valid license required)
