Manage approximately 120–180 properties depending on experience

The Role Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a residential portfolio

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

Conducting routine inspections

Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections

Managing rental arrears

Preparing lease agreements and renewals

Handling day‑to‑day property management enquiries

Providing a high level of service across the portfolio

The Candidate To be successful, you will ideally have:

Previous experience within real estate or property management

Certificate of Registration

Driver’s licence and reliable car

Solid communication and relationship‑building skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisation and time‑management skills

A positive, motivated and proactive attitude

Ability to work well within a quick‑paced team environment

A genuine desire to develop your career within property management
