National, market leading services business based in West Gosford is looking to bring on a analytical, data focused candidate who can also work on customer resolution, for an initially 6 month period, likely to extend or become permanent. The role You will become part of a busy, high performing team, responsible for investigating invoices and coming to a resolution.
The role will include but not be limited to:
Duties
Ensure accuracy of invoices/identifying invoice errors
Managing and follow up ofinternal/external cases
Resolving queries over the phone
Working within spreadsheets and doing calculations
Making outbound calls to customers to clarify information and investigating internally
Detailed data analysis
Other ad hoc duties as requiredby the manager

Experience with Salesforce and/or Google sheets is desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
