If you’re a Human Resources graduate looking for more than just your first job, Transgrid’s 2028 Graduate Program is your opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term career in the energy sector.

Starting in February 2028 , our two-year Graduate Program is designed to support your transition from university to industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and explore where your interests and strengths can take you — all while contributing to Australia’s clean energy future.

Who we are looking for We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates

who want to learn, contribute, and build a career with purpose. You don’t need to know everything – we’ll support you to get there.

You’ll need to:

Hold or be in your final year of a

Human Resource Management Degree

Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen , Permanent Resident , or hold an eligible working visa

Have graduated or be graduating by January 2028

Be available to attend an in-person Assessment Centre, in May 2027.

Demonstrate strong teamwork, clear communication, problem‑solving skills, and a genuine interest in sustainability and social responsibility
