We're seeking reliable, hard-working Builder's Labourers to join our team on a project in Urangan, Hervey Bay. You'll support our tradespeople and site supervisor with a variety of general construction tasks and help keep the site safe, tidy and productive. It's a great opportunity for someone wanting steady work over the next 2–3 months with a friendly team. Key Duties

Assist carpenters and steel framers with

timber and metal framing

(carrying, cutting, measuring, positioning and fixing materials) Carry out

concrete patching

and repairs, including surface prep, mixing and applying patching compounds Perform site clean-ups as required, including removing rubbish, sorting materials and keeping access ways clear Load,



unload and move materials and tools around the site Assist with general site preparation and set-up Help with other general labouring tasks as directed by the supervisor Follow all site safety procedures and use PPE at all times About You

Essential: Current

White Card

(General Construction Induction), Queensland-recognised Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour outdoors Willingness to learn and follow instructions Solid commitment to safe work practices Reliable transport to and from site Desirable (not essential):

Previous experience as a builder's labourer or in construction Experience with timber or steel framing Basic knowledge of concrete repair work Own basic hand tools Current driver's lisence What We Offer

Work available for the next 2–3 months Weekly pay at award or above-award rates, depending on experience Supportive team and site supervisor Opportunity for ongoing work with us on future projects, based on performance Work Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, standard site hours (e.g. 6:30am–3:00pm) Start date: Immediate / ASAP PPE: Steel-capped boots, hi-vis and safety gear required (please confirm what you'll supply) Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
