INEOS Automotive is seeking a Customer Care Lead APAC to own escalated customer complaints across the APAC region. You will be the operational link between customers and our regional Customer Service and Aftersales teams, ensuring cases move from start to finish with uncompromising service. You will also manage the Roadside Assistance relationship and shape processes governing customer cases across APAC, delivering a seamless, high-quality experience in line with our vehicle standards.
