The RN supports the ANUM and NUM to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in a safe, effective environment. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and, after hours, lead on-call duties, coordinate workload, and support staff to ensure continuity of care. This role requires autonomy and strong communication.
