IdealCorp is seeking a Civil Engineering Technician / Laboratory Technician to join the team. This full‑time, permanent position involves a combination of laboratory testing, field work and technical support within the construction environment. Key responsibilities

Conduct field and laboratory testing in accordance with Australian Standards and project specifications Collect, prepare and test samples and maintain accurate testing records Analyse and interpret test results Perform site sampling, inspections and field testing Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments Prepare test reports, technical summaries and compliance documentation Support quality assurance, technical investigations and R&D; activities About you





Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Australian employment Experience in concrete, construction materials or laboratory testing is highly regarded Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate technical records About us
