leading global technology and electronics business

to appoint a commercially minded

Legal Counsel

to join their in-house legal team.

This is a great opportunity for a self-driven lawyer to take ownership of

corporate governance, compliance and commercial legal matters , working closely with senior leadership in a highly autonomous role.

About You

4+ years PQE, ideally with a

corporate/commercial and compliance background

Solid understanding of

corporate governance and compliance

Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused

Highly self-driven and comfortable working autonomously

Strong stakeholder management skills

Comfortable taking ownership without being micromanaged

The Role

Own corporate governance and compliance matters

Provide commercial and corporate legal advice
