We're looking for a hands-on Production Floor Support team member. You'll help keep our manufacturing floor running smoothly and support our machinists, technicians and quality team every day. It's a great role for someone who likes practical work, wants to learn, and would enjoy being part of a growing medical device manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

Supporting production staff with daily manufacturing tasks

Moving, staging and tracking materials, parts and work orders on the floor

Helping with machine setup, basic maintenance, cleaning and changeovers

Carrying out basic inspection and packaging tasks, following set procedures

Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe (5S)

Following documented work instructions and quality requirements closely

Pitching in wherever the team needs a hand

About you

Mechanically minded: you like knowing how things work and enjoy fixing them

Production experience: you've worked in a production, manufacturing or workshop setting

Takes instruction well: you follow procedures carefully and ask when unsure

A can-do attitude: you're reliable,



keen to learn and happy to get stuck in

Detail-focused: quality matters in what we make

Flexible: available for overtime when needed

TAFE background (e.g. Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Fitting & Machining) is ideal but not essential

Early 7am start and 3pm finish, with the afternoon free
