full-time Estimator

to join our quoting team, based at either our

Townsville or Gold Coast office . You’ll work closely with a small, supportive team to prepare accurate quotes and tenders, helping ensure jobs are priced efficiently and delivered to a high standard. Key responsibilities

Overseeing daily estimating and quoting activities Reviewing and approving quotes prepared by team members Driving implementation of estimating software Improving and standardising estimating processes Liaising with project and trade teams Supporting team development and ensuring KPI targets are met About you





3+ years' experience in estimating or similar construction/maintenance roles Trade background or solid knowledge of the industry Tech-savvy and comfortable with systems/software Excellent attention to detail and time management Willing to complete a Police Check and obtain a Blue Card Competitive salary package Great team culture and support Career growth in a national business Work-life balance and flexibility About us
