About the Role
Our Chermside centre is looking for a confident, personable Dental Reception / Dental Assistant to join the team in a permanent part-time position This is a great opportunity to be part of something exciting: Be the welcoming first point of contact and the face of the clinic Take ownership of the front desk, often working independently on reception Build your skills with the opportunity to assist chairside, or to learn if you're keen to develop Monday, Thursday, Saturday and/or Sunday permanent roster What You'll Be Doing Front-of-house reception duties, including greeting patients, check-in and check-out Patient scheduling, phone enquiries and appointment coordination Processing payments, health fund claims and patient account queries Delivering a warm, professional first impression for every patient Assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms and supporting sterilisation when required Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly
