4WD Supacentre is seeking an HR Operations Manager in Canberra to lead the operational governance and continuous improvement of People & Culture systems and processes on site. Reporting to the National Manager, People Partnering, you will drive HR technology, project delivery and employee lifecycle administration, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT and operations to deliver accurate, productive services and implement practical improvements across the business.
