Open homes, buyer follow-up, and database/CRM management

Campaign coordination (marketing, photography, timelines, paperwork)

Preparing for listing presentations, vendor meetings and appraisals

Auction support (onsite & in-room)

Maintaining a premium client experience across every touchpoint

About you

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or currently completing)

Strong communication (written + verbal) and confidence on the phone

High attention to detail and reliable admin capability

A "get it done" attitude and willingness to learn

Saturday availability (with a mid-week RDO)
