to join our factory team at Niagara Therapy. This is a senior factory role, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. It is an opportunity for someone who knows that outstanding production results start with a great team—and who enjoys coaching, motivating and supporting people to achieve their best. You’ll play an important role in keeping our production team engaged, productive and focused on delivering the high-quality products our customers rely on. more than 50 years . We design and manufacture high-quality therapy furniture and equipment from our purpose-built head office and manufacturing facility in Parkinson. We’re committed to

quality, safety, service excellence and continuous improvement , and we value people who take pride in what they do. About the role Only day shift - this is a

full-time Monday–Thursday role , giving you the benefit of a four-day working week. Your focus will be on

people leadership, production performance and quality . You’ll work alongside the team on the floor, setting the standard, solving problems and making sure everyone has the support, training and direction they need to succeed. There will be opportunities for development for this role. What you’ll be doing Get to know your people,



understand their strengths and help them perform at their best to achieve daily targets and KPIs Work closely with the Production & Warehouse Supervisor and Deliveries Manager to manage daily production priorities, allocate tasks and manage priorities effectively Training, cross-training, monitor production quality, monitor raw materials and identify and troubleshoot production issues Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and provide a high level of service About you You’re more than just someone who knows production—you’re a

people leader . You enjoy working with different personalities, building trust and creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and motivated to do their best. You’ll ideally bring: 2–3 years’ experience in a similar production leadership or leading hand role A proactive, positive and hands-on approach Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills Strong coaching, training and communication skills A proven ability to achieve production targets and KPIs Initiative, accountability and a genuine willingness to take ownership A strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement Why join Niagara Therapy?
