NeonNow is a Sydney-based AI customer engagement platform seeking a Senior Product Designer to own design across its four products: CX, Outreach, Agentic and IQ. You’ll collaborate with founders and a small team, shape interaction patterns, and drive a scalable design system from the ground up. You’ll work hybrid, two days in-office, three remote, and help turn complex, data-heavy screens into elegant UX while integrating AI where it adds value. Expect rapid growth and a hands-on design culture.
