Someone who can jump from big-picture brand strategy to getting hands-on with a campaign, a TikTok, an ad set or a piece of content — and actually enjoys doing it.

You’ll have a genuine say in where the brand goes next, from creative direction and campaigns to social, digital, partnerships and everything in between.

WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

Brand & Creative

- Help shape the brand vision and assist in educating the public about Addikted to Ink, what we represent and the image we want to build

- Develop campaigns that get attention, build awareness and drive bookings

- Spot cultural, social, fashion and industry trends — then figure out how we can make them relevant

- Bring fresh ideas to the table and turn them into things people actually see, share and remember

Social & Content

- Own our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and whatever platform comes next

- Develop content concepts and get hands-on creating content when needed

- Work with our tattoo artists and studio teams to turn the everyday into great content

- Understand the role of AI in modern content creation and marketing, keeping up with emerging AI tools, formats and trends and finding smart ways to develop ideas around them

- Keep the brand feeling current, interesting and unmistakably us

Growth & Opportunities

- Explore partnerships, collaborations, activations and events

- Look for new ways to reach our audience and grow the business

Team Management & Delegation

- Manage and coordinate content staff, setting clear tasks, priorities and deadlines

- Delegate tasks effectively, matching responsibilities to each team member’s strengths

- Track progress and accountability, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard

Basically, you’ll be helping make sure Addikted to Ink is impossible to ignore.

OK, BUT WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll ideally bring:

- 5+ years’ marketing experience

- Experience working with Meta Ads and a good understanding of how social advertising works

- Strong digital marketing and social media experience

- Experience with content creation and marketing campaigns

- A solid understanding of social, content and brand marketing

- Strong team management and delegation skills, with the ability to coordinate content staff, assign tasks effectively and keep the team accountable to deadlines

- A strong understanding of AI content creation, including how AI-generated content works, current AI tools and how to develop creative marketing ideas around emerging AI technology

- A genuinely good creative eye

- An unhealthy curiosity about trends, culture and what people are into right now

- The ability to spot a valuable idea — and actually make it happen

- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-out-done energy

- Young, vibrant, enthusiastic and driven

- Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills
