Fabricator & Installer

to join our growing team at our Slacks Creek, QLD location. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of signage and related installations for our clients across the region. This is a key position that directly impacts our reputation for quality workmanship and client satisfaction. You will work in office at various client locations, requiring a willingness to travel and work in diverse environments. What you'll be doing

Install signs, advertising materials, and related fixtures at client locations according to specifications and safety standards Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow technical drawings and installation plans accurately Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing signage installations Ensure all work sites are kept clean and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites Document completed work and maintain accurate records No same day is the same What we're looking for

Training will be provided to the right candidate Proven experience as an installer or in a similar trades role within the signage, construction, or related industry would be beneficial Strong knowledge of hand and power tools,



and how to use them safely and effectively Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Physical fitness and capability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when necessary Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Current White Card (or willingness to obtain) or equivalent health and safety certification Strong communication skills and a professional approach to client interactions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Blue card Working With Children CNC router or willingness to learn Wide commercial printer or willingness to learn CorelDraw or willingness to learn Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Harlequin Signs is aiming to find the right fit for the job What we offer At Harlequin Signs, we value our employees and are committed to providing a supportive work environment.
