Maintenance Manager
to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in the South West of WA. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance function, improving plant reliability, minimising downtime and leading a skilled maintenance team. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the site maintenance team Manage preventative, planned and reactive maintenance programs Drive plant reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement Manage contractors, budgets and maintenance compliance About You
Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Superintendent or similar Strong manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenance experience Solid mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills What's on Offer?
