You must hold: Current First Aid,



Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates Current Blue Card Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Prior experience and confidence with leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families Ability to Implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF Ability to observe and record children’s learning and contribute to their educational portfolios Strong verbal and written communication skills We provide: A purpose built Childcare Centre and Kindergarten with beautiful playscapes Adaptable routines and learning environments Be careful
