Your core responsibilities include:

Sourcing high quality candidates

Processing recent jobs into the system including entry on to CRIS systemand placing advertisements on job boards

Short listing, calling and interviewing candidates

Formatting CV’s and completing candidate profiles

Reference checking

Drafting emails for senior staff

Placement administration and other admin as required

Qualifications/experience:

Current tertiary qualifications

Strong communication skills written and verbal

Ability to follow instructions

Self-motivated

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft word and Excel

Initiative and dedicated

Customer service or administration experience

Ability to track progress (amount of calls, CV’s sent and interview requests)
