Full Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised

Executive Assistant to CEO

to support a senior executive within a well-established organisation based in Rhodes. This role would suit an EA who is confident operating at C-suite level, can manage a complex workload independently and enjoys being the key support person to a busy executive. You will be responsible for keeping the CEO's day running smoothly, managing competing priorities and acting as a trusted point of contact across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Complex diary and calendar management

Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel

Preparing documents, presentations and briefing materials

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Managing changing priorities and last-minute requests





Providing broader executive and administrative support as required

Acting as a key gatekeeper and point of contact for the CEO

To be successful, you will bring:

5+ years' Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive

Robust diary, travel and stakeholder management experience

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work autonomously and manage confidential information

Confidence operating in a quick-paced environment with competing priorities

Availability to commence ASAP and work full-time in the office
