A well-established organisation within the water servicing and development sector is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BPA Technical Administration Support Officer to join their team in Wetherill Park. This office-based role provides administrative and technical support to experienced Water Servicing Coordinators, assisting with Building Plan Approval applications, project coordination, client communication, and documentation management.

About the role Key responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries

Liaise with clients regarding project requirements and updates

Prepare and format documents and correspondence

Complete data entry and maintain accurate records

Prepare quotations and project documentation

Set up and maintain project files and databases

Coordinate project documentation through to approval

Liaise with Sydney Water and other stakeholders as required

Obtain technical documentation and approvals





Arrange inspections and assist clients throughout project processes

About you

Current Driver's Licence

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail

Experience using Microsoft Office 365

Solid organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to interpret architectural plans (preferred)

Understanding of Sydney Water sewer systems and processes (highly regarded)
