Perigon Group is partnering with a well respected not for profit schools network in Brisbane to find a Capital Program Advisor. This is an office based role for a quantity surveyor or contract administrator who is ready to step off site and into a stable, purpose driven organisation. You will be the technical check on school capital projects, making sure costings, contracts and claims stack up before funding is released. What you will do Review tenders, costings, scopes and drawings and make clear recommendations Assess payment claims and variations against contracts and funding agreements Identify financial and compliance risks early Write reports, briefing papers and contractual correspondence Support capital grant assessments as part of the team Build good relationships with school authorities,



architects and consultants What you bring Degree or diploma in quantity surveying, construction or contract management, or equivalent experience Around 3 to 5 years in QS, cost planning, contract administration or procurement Strong skills in reading drawings and testing pricing Working knowledge of contracts, variations and financial controls Advanced Excel Solid attention to detail and clear written communication What is on offer Permanent role, Brisbane based, no site work Meaningful work with a respected not for profit Exposure to a wide range of State and Commonwealth funded school projects For a confidential discussion, reach out to
