The Principal Solution Architect is a seasoned leader accountable for driving the overall strategy and execution of business development initiatives. They oversee a team of solution architects and analysts, guiding them in identifying, shaping, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of competitive intelligence, business requirements, and solution options, coupled with extensive experience in driving successful engagements across diverse industries and technology services. The Principal Solution Architect collaborates closely with executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion. They provide mentorship, coaching, and strategic direction to the solution architecture team,



fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leads the strategic development of comprehensive solutions, leveraging extensive expertise in the technology ecosystem and WWT’s internal capabilities to drive business growth and market differentiation
- Drives the pursuit of strategic business opportunities, aligning internal teams and ultimately contributing to revenue and profit growth for WWT
- Serves as a visionary client engagement leader, deeply understanding needs and addressing them through innovative solutions and transformative recommendations
- Builds strong internal WWT relationships across sales, services and operations groups, driving alignment and synergy in client engagement efforts
- Fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration in solution development, empowering teams to innovate and deliver transformative solutions that drive client success

Maximize Account Engagement:

- Engage as a trusted C-suite advisor to shape and advance enterprise data center transformation opportunities in partnership with WWT account and services sales teams
- Proactively identify and qualify high-impact advisory-led opportunities that align with customers’ modernization, resilience, and hybrid cloud strategies
- Collaborate across WWT solution areas to craft integrated, outcome-driven strategies that position WWT as the strategic transformation partner of choice
- Quantify and communicate business value and ROI tied to modernization initiatives, including AI integration, automation, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and sustainability
