About the Role Working as part of our finance team, you’ll support the day-to-day processing and administration of accounts, including:

Processing and reconciling invoices accurately and on time

Maintaining invoicing and financial records

Preparing monthly reports and consolidated invoices

Supporting AP/AR enquiries and debtor follow-up

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on billing and expenses

Assisting with general administration and ad hoc finance tasks

About You We’re looking for someone who is:





Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning financial systems

A clear and confident communicator who works well with others

Numerate with good financial literacy and problem-solving skills

Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace

Quick to learn new processes and systems

Experienced with third-party invoicing systems (desirable, but not essential)

Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance administration role is highly regarded, but we’re also open to candidates who bring the right attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.
