About The Role

Discovery Parks is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to bring strong leadership, structure, and continuous improvement to our team.

- Establish and maintain cleaning standards, procedures, and training programs
- Oversee rostering, budgets, and stock control
- Develop maintenance schedules for cabins and public areas
- Lead and train a strong, skilled team with ongoing workshops
- Drive WHS, chemical handling,



and protected work practices
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance operations and team performance
