Full Job Description We work with a prestigious corporate law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (2-5+ PAE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate practice in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to work closely with leading practitioners on complex, high-value transactions and development matters, acting for sophisticated institutional investors, private capital sponsors, developers, asset managers and major corporates.

About the role We are actively seeking a 2-5+ years PAE Lawyer/Senior Lawyer, with expertise in real estate law to join a well-regarded property team based in Sydney.

In this role, you will work closely with an experienced, highly reputable Partner who is also the head of the real estate team, gaining exposure to a diverse mix of transactional, advisory, and project-based work.

Additionally,



key responsibilities include:

assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation while supporting complex transactions and significant client matters

conduct legal research, prepare practical advice and liaise with clients, counterparties and other key stakeholders

manage competing priorities across a variety of matters while developing strong technical, commercial and client relationship skills

About you You will have 2-5+ years' PAE, with experience with a mid to top tier law firm and a background in transactional property-related matters.

Additionally, you will have:

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and colleagues

Demonstrated knowledge about your client's industries

Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills. '
