28th September, 2026 We are partnering with a well-established real estate agency in Parramatta that is looking to welcome a motivated Property Officer to its growing Property Management team.

This is an excellent chance for someone looking to further develop their career in residential property management while working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager.

As the Property Officer, you will provide day‑to‑day support across the Senior Property Manager’s portfolio, allowing you to gain strong hands‑on exposure while continuing to build your knowledge and confidence within property management.

The Role Working alongside a Senior Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the day‑to‑day management of a residential portfolio

Coordinating repairs and maintenance with tenants, landlords and trades





Assisting with routine inspections and property reports

Managing tenant enquiries and general portfolio correspondence

Supporting lease renewals, notices and tenancy documentation

Following up outstanding maintenance and compliance requirements

Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records

Providing general administrative support to the Senior Property Manager

About You

Previous experience in Property Management or a Property Management support role

Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Strong communication and organisational skills

Professional presentation and a positive attitude

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
