Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Line Setter, Production Technician, or similar role within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or a related industry Demonstrated experience setting up packaging or filling equipment Strong understanding of GMP requirements and quality systems Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team What's On Offer
