About the Role As a Permanent Educator, you’ll:

Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF

Support children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing

Build meaningful relationships with children and families

Contribute to observations, planning and Storypark documentation

Work collaboratively with your Lead Educator and wider team

Bring your ideas and creativity to the learning environment

Maintain a safe,



inclusive and nurturing environment for every child

About You You’re a warm, reliable and collaborative educator who is passionate about creating positive experiences for children.

You’ll bring:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

A genuine passion for children’s learning and development

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A positive and team-focused approach

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

Current Working with Children CheckCompleted National Child Safety Training (GECKO)
