A Restaurant Manager who is happy to work under the direction of our Venue Manager Someone with strong operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality Someone who can manage the venue with pride & professionalism Our focus is on the guest experience, so a Manager who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service is a must. You are the eyes and ears and will direct the staff at all times We need a Manager who can manage rosters in accordance with criteria Someone who has a excellent presentation and a real presence.
