Support worker role providing personalised care and support to Rebecca, a 25-year-old woman with Autism Level 3, Landau-Kleffner Syndrome, ADHD and severe insomnia. Rebecca is non-verbal and requires calm, patient, and consistent support from someone who values routine and long-term commitment.

Key responsibilities We are seeking a reliable support worker to support Rebecca, a 25-year-old woman with Autism Level 3, Landau-Kleffner Syndrome, ADHD and severe insomnia.

Personal care

Community access and driving (using support worker's vehicle)

Implementing therapy plans including Behaviour Support, Mealtime,



Communication and OT plans

Supporting daily routines, transitions and sensory needs

Overnight support when required due to insomnia

Cleaning Rebecca's commonly used areas

About you

Must have a valid driver's licence and have your own car

Your car must be able to fit a seat harness in the back seat and wheelchair in the boot

Must be fully available on at least 3 weekdays, we don't need anyone for weekend

Shifts may start as early as 4am or finish as late as 4am

Minimum shift length is 4 hours

Must be seeking long-term work (not suitable for short-term or temporary applicants)
