As Workshop Manager / Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, coordinating staff, managing workflow and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating workshop staff Planning and allocating daily jobs and workloads Managing workshop production and deadlines Overseeing fabrication, welding and assembly work Site visits to plan, measure jobs. Ensuring work is completed to drawings, specifications and quality standards Providing guidance and support to apprentices and tradespeople Monitoring materials, stock and workshop equipment Liaising with management, clients and other team members Identifying and resolving production issues Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workshop About you Has strong experience in boilermaking, welding,
