Pavoni Plus Pty Ltd operates Cibaria Manly, a vibrant beachside Italian dining destination in Sydney. The Section Waiter/Sommelier will own a section during lunch and dinner, delivering expert food and wine service with detailed knowledge of Italian wines and regional cuisine.

The role requires 1–3 years in a premium restaurant, robust tasting and service skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. NSW RSA compliance and rotating rosters are essential.
