Depending on your experience, the role will involve taking ownership of, or supporting, the day-to-day operations of the club, with a strong focus on membership sales, retention, member experience and club growth. Depending on your experience, the role will involve taking ownership of, or supporting, the day-to-day operations of the club, with a strong focus on membership sales, retention, member experience and club growth. Key responsibilities Drive membership sales through lead follow-ups, club tours and conversions

Build strong relationships with members and improve retention

Develop local marketing initiatives, partnerships and referral opportunities

Recruit, manage and support personal trainers and club staff

Maintain high standards of club presentation, cleanliness and safety

Manage day-to-day administration, reporting and operational requirements

Work towards agreed sales, retention and membership growth targets

Help build a positive, welcoming and energetic club culture

About you We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, confident with people and comfortable working in a sales-focused environment. Essential requirements:



Minimum Certificate III in Fitness

Current First Aid and CPR

Strong communication and customer service skills

A genuine passion for health and fitness

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Appropriate police and Working with Children checks

Highly regarded: Previous gym or fitness industry experience

Membership sales and retention experience

Previous management or leadership experience

Experience recruiting or managing personal trainers

Certificate IV in Fitness

Experience in local marketing or business development

You don't necessarily need to have managed a gym before. If you're great with people, strong in sales, hold the required fitness qualifications and are ready to step up, we'd still like to hear from you. What we offer $60,000–$80,000 depending on experience and role
