Provide inbound/outbound support about the product during all steps of the customer’s journey Assist with digital loan application processes and underwrite loans Resolve customer issues and complaints Complete loan applications, payments, repayments and arrears management, mortgage variations, and act on fraud alerts Flexibility to work on a roster system, Monday to Friday Skills and experience

You must have a passion for customer service, and be a strong communicator with proven negotiation experience. Proactive at solving problems and achieving desired outcomes RG 146 qualified with at least 2 years experience in retail mortgage lending and sales/customer service in a call centre Knowledge of NCCP, Privacy, Debt Collection, and AML/CTF Acts Home Loan Specialist
