The Person

Previous experience in property management, leasing or a similar real estate position

A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisation and time management

Confidence prioritising competing responsibilities

Sound attention to detail

An understanding of relevant property management legislation

A positive, team‑focused attitude

The motivation to learn, grow and take ownership of your work

The Role You will support the property management department across a wide-ranging range of day‑to‑day responsibilities, including:

Conducting open homes and routine inspections

Processing tenancy applications

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

Communicating with tenants, landlords and trades

Assisting with lease renewals and termination notices

Supporting arrears management

Helping maintain accurate property and tenancy records

Ensuring tasks are completed in line with relevant legislation and internal procedures

Providing general support to the wider property management team
