Iron Mountain is looking for an IT Field Technician to support government and commercial clients from a Sydney base, with ongoing casual opportunities in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. You will execute end-to-end PC rollouts, perform SOE imaging and data migrations, install and configure equipment, and provide post-install support, using ServiceNow for ticketing. Solid Windows 10/11 and Office 365 skills are essential, plus professional communication with stakeholders.
