UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to influence recruitment across clinical, operational and corporate roles. Based in Wahroonga, you’ll work in a Hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

You’ll build pipelines, proactively source candidates, and guide hiring decisions with market insights while ensuring a robust candidate experience and continuous process improvement.
