Your Role & Team

We’ve got an exciting new position to join our product team as Group Product Manager to own our core Manage portfolio, drive innovation, and lead multiple product squads to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. In this role, you will define the vision and shape the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs and long-term platform strategy, while driving end-to-end execution across the product lifecycle.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, data and delivery, the Group Product Manager works closely with Engineering, Data, Product Design and key stakeholders across the business to drive product innovation, scale adoption and deliver measurable impact. You will have one direct report (Senior Product Manager) and mentor/lead the Manage triad (Product Design, Tech leads).



This is an AI product management role that balances solid product leadership with hands‑on involvement in roadmap development, prioritisation and day-to-day delivery.

You’ll report directly to the GM, Product in this role.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

AI-led Manage Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap

- Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a suite of products (Monitoring, Debtor Management, DebtorLogic) within our core product domain – with a strong focus on building new AI-led products.

- Translate market, customer and business insights into clear product direction and prioritised initiatives

- Ensure product decisions balance customer value, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of AI Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership and customer‑centricity

- Provide clear direction, coaching and support to enable high‑quality product discovery and delivery

- Build strong product management practices, ways of working and continuous improvement across the team

AI Product Delivery & Execution

- Lead delivery teams to execute against the roadmap, driving prioritisation, removing blockers and ensuring timely releases

- Maintain strong oversight of day‑to‑day product delivery, ensuring outcomes are met and value is realised

- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality, scalable and maintainable product solutions
