Manager, Software Engineering
Anduril Industries – a defense technology company dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. We bring the expertise, technology, and business model of the most innovative 21st‑century companies to the defense industry, changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Our systems are powered by Lattice OS, an AI‑powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real‑time, 3‑D command and control center.
About The Team
Anduril’s Maritime Division is a diverse team of experts in software, robotics, artificial intelligence, sensor fusion, and data analysis. We are fielding the next generation of autonomous systems and have developed a unique, ultra‑long‑range, full‑ocean‑depth underwater vessel platform. Our portfolio includes Dive‑XL, Dive‑LD, Copperhead, Seabed Sentry, and other unannounced systems that enable end‑to‑end autonomous missions in the maritime domain.
About The Job
Software Engineering Managers lead teams that deliver software integrated into our products—autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off‑board command and control or decision support. Managers demonstrate end‑to‑end outcome ownership of major systems and drive rapid prototyping, design, delivery, support, and evolution throughout the product life‑cycle.
