BEST is seeking a proactive Team Leader to mentor Mentors on the floor and ensure high-quality care for Members. You will lead, guide, and empower staff, promoting a safe, welcoming setting where every Member is respected and supported.
Your day includes morning briefings, running campus programs, promoting independence, building trust, conducting check-ins, and on-floor coaching to demonstrate professional practice. You will also oversee daily schedules and support crisis response.
