An established engineering, manufacturing and service business is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and administration.

Key responsibilities

Accounts payable and receivable

Bank reconciliations

Payroll processing

General office administration

Managing client and supplier portals

Maintaining accurate financial records

Supporting management with accounts and administration

Manage Technicians Service diaries and customers booking

Prepare financials for BAS lodgement

About you

Solid office administration skills

Experience running payroll

Excellent attention to detail

Good computer and accounting software skills

Confidence working with online client portalsThe ability to work independently and take ownership of the role

A professional and reliable approach

Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, trades or service business would be advantageous
